Dr. McKenzie is currently not accepting new patients.
This is an online-based practice, so all visits will be virtual. Dr. McKenzie is able to see patients who are located in Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, and Tennessee, where he has medical licenses. 

We use a HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform for virtual visits. During visits, it is important to be in a safe, quiet, and confidential space without distractions. 

Visits are made with Doxy.me, a web-based telemedicine service. To see if your smartphone or computer are compatible, check here

Payments are completed using the HIPAA-Compliant app, IvyPay. Full payment is due at the time of service. 

Rates:

• 15-minute Phone Consultation: Free

• 80-minute Initial Evaluation: $395

• 50-minute Follow-up Psychotherapy/Psychopharmacology: $295

• 25-minute Follow-up Psychopharmacology/Maintenance: $150

Sliding scale payments are reduced rates, based on income. This can be discussed during the initial call.

This practice does not participate with insurance plans, because they often dictate the type and frequency of treatment. You may be able to request reimbursement from your insurance company for “out of network” services. You can request a receipt for the services provided that can be submitted for reimbursement.
